Introduction

LPS Tire Crusher is designed to crush both diagonal and radial tires with the outer diameter ≤1200 mm into 40×40 mm rubber blocks, for facilitating the follow working. Its structure includes: hopper unit, motor, reducer, crushing chamber, screen unit and frame, etc. 

 

Features

1) Double shaft and twin drive shearing method avoids the jam of blades and reduces the force to crushing chamber.

2) Planet-gear speed reducer or cycloidal-pin gear reducer features high efficiency, low noise and small volume to lengthen the device lifetime.

3) High-hardness and wear-resistant alloy blade edge can be shaped repeatedly to ensure long lifetime.
